Create a measurable procurement list
- Identify the task. Record the station, service type or menu requirement.
- Select the item. Include the Kenford product code and specification, not only a descriptive name.
- Check fit. Measure worktops, shelves, machines, doors or existing tableware where relevant.
- Set quantities. Distinguish initial requirements from replacement and replenishment quantities.
- Request supply details. Ask about current availability, minimum order quantities, lead time, delivery and purchasing documents.
Help chefs and purchasing teams work from the same specification
A chef may prioritise the preparation workflow, while purchasing needs a comparable item specification and delivery requirement. Keep both in the same enquiry. Note any required product documents or care instructions before approving the purchase.
Use the GN-pan guide, glass-rack sizing guide and ingredient-bin guide to prepare the measurements needed.
Request a coordinated quotation
Send a list with one line per product code, required quantity, delivery city and requested date. Specify any matching items or technical documentation. Kenford can then confirm the current selection and supply details.
